I graduated from the Jane Addams School of Social Work at The University of Illinois at Chicago with a mental health concentration. While in school, I interned in Rainbow Hospice and in the Perinatal Family Support Center at Evanston Hospital. After graduating, I worked for a few years as a clinical case manager at the ARK Chicago, before starting my own company. In addition to working at Core Counseling, I am the owner and CEO of Let It Go Consulting, a virtual coaching company for home organization and time management.
I specialize in working with women going through depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum issues. Additionally, I work with adult women with ADD/ADHD who struggle with their self image, time management, home management and parenting.
I utilize treatment modalities that include CBT and mindfulness, as well as holistic approaches that include improving your environment as it relates to your space and incorporating time management into my therapeutic work.
